increase to fines for underquoting real estate agents.<\/p>\n<p>The government says the draft laws, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/australia-news\/2025\/nov\/12\/nsw-underquoting-laws-real-estate-agents-face-110000-fine\">first flagged last year,<\/a> are aimed at cracking down on agents providing misleading price estimates on property listings, a practice often used to inflate interest.<\/p>\n<p> <a
